I charge a simple flat rate of $1 per minute ($60 per hour) with no minimums, no hidden fees, and no commitments. You pay only for the time that I work on your site.
Every plan is customized for your needs. Whether you need 15 minutes a month, or 20 hours a month, I have you covered.
What to expect
1️⃣ We meet to discuss your site.
We start with a kickoff meeting. The goal of this meeting is for me to understand your business and the role of your website. We do this over Teams or Zoom so we can take a look at your site during the meeting. Note that I can meet businesses in the Seattle metro area.
2️⃣ We establish the right plan for your site.
A maintenance plan specifies the tasks that I perform on a scheduled basis. I bill only for the exact time I spend on your website. A small site may require an hour of maintenance a month, whereas a large site may require daily maintenance. You can reduce or expand the plan at any time.
3️⃣ I update your site and perform first maintenance.
Once we agree on a plan, there may be some one-time tasks to get everything setup. For example, get your backups running, install the firewall, etc. Most setups are completed in an hour or two. Your setup could take longer if you are very behind on maintenance. I charge only for the exact time getting your site ready.
4️⃣ I begin maintaining your site on a schedule.
Once maintenance begins, I am on call if you need anything extra. In the meantime, I will be connecting to your website on a scheduled basis to perform the planned maintenance work. I will be running monitoring tools 24/7.
