Professional WordPress support on demand

Hi, my name is Dave Pinch, and I provide technical support for WordPress. My rate is $60/hour, and I charge only for the time helping you. To get started, describe the issue in detail for a no-obligation estimate.

Backed by a team of experts
I make sure your issue is resolved. Behind the scenes, I have a team of U.S.-based people with expertise across WordPress. We work together to solve problems, but I serve as your concierge to coordinate all work and bring to resolution.
With ever task, I explain how to solve the issue. You get step-by-step instructions to empower yourself or your employees.

What to Expect
The more detail you provide, the better I can assess the issue. I do not accept work which I cannot complete with high satisfaction. There is no obligation and no charge for the initial consultation.
Service Agreement
First-time customers will need to sign my service agreement. This agreement protects both of us by laying out clear expectations. For example, we mutually agree to protect the private information of the other. You will be able to sign the agreement digitally, and it will be kept on record for future tasks.
Security
Depending on the nature of the work, I will likely need elevated access to your website. I can work with you to minimize risk, such as working from staging instead of production. I keep all sensitive information such as passwords in an encrypted Azure Key Vault where I control and audit access.
Efficient Billing
I track the exact time that I work on your task, or someone on my team works on your task. If a task is blocked (such as waiting for a response from you), I do not charge for that time as long as nobody is working on it. Once done, you are charged for the total time spent on the task. You will get a breakdown of the work.
Learn for the future
In most cases, I will send instructions to help you (or your employees) do the same work in the future. You can save these instructions for future reference, or ingest them into your LLM.
Monthly Maintenance
You can avoid many problems through my custom maintenance plans. For as little as an hour a month, I will keep your website fast and secure. I will also be on-call for anything that comes up.
Self-service help options
Check out the growing library of How To guides. I also maintain a list of WordPress-related communities you can visit for help. If these resources help resolve your issue without calling us, then great. Please share and remember this site in the future.
Otherwise, I’m ready for your most challenging WordPress problems.
