White Label Engineering

Expand your consulting capabilities with expert engineering teams working under your brand

Our white label engineering service lets you scale your business by subcontracting specialized engineering work, delivered under your brand.

How it works

Human Extended provides efficient and scalable technical expertise on demand. Whenever you send us a task, we break down and dispatch the task to our team. Instead of working with individual consultants, you work with a concierge who coordinates the work for you. With white labeling, we do the work for you, under your branding.

Ideal for

  • Consulting firms expanding into new technical domains
  • Agencies needing overflow engineering capacity
  • Startups looking to do more without growing headcount
What is white label engineering?

White label engineering is a subcontracting service where we provide expert technical work under your brand. You remain the face of your company while we handle engineering tasks behind the scenes.

How does the process work?

The Human Extended model is to execute tasks on demand. We assign a concierge to your company or project, and you assign tasks to your concierge. Your concierge dispatches the tasks to our team and delivers the results to you.

Can you integrate with our tools and workflows?

Yes. We adapt to your preferred tools and processes, e.g., GitHub, ADO, etc. Your concierge is a human and can participate in your process in the same way as an employed team member, e.g., standups, scrum meetings, etc. However, team participation is not required. You can keep us on reserve as a team member for specialized tasks, assigning to us as needed.

How do you manage credentials and other sensitive data?

We store all credentials in a secure Azure Key Vault with auditing enabled. See: Store a secret in Azure Key Vault. However, if you prefer a different mechanism, your concierge will work with you to implement the necessary integration.

How do you manage access to our internal resources?

We establish an efficient process during onboarding based on your requirements. It is normal for you to be hesitant to give remote access to a team you may not know personally. There are various ways to implement the process successfully. For example, we can do our engineering work on cloud PCs owned by your organization. During onboarding, we collaborate on a process that works for you.

How do you protect my proprietary information?

Legally, our team complies with NDA and non-compete agreements. Technically, we follow best practices such as only using approved tools when working with your data. We never train our LLMs on customer data, and we silo your data so that you always maintain ownership. For example, all task execution data is stored in a separate instance of Azure DevOps where you can acquire ownership upon termination.
