How to find my Keap App ID (Application ID)

A Keap App ID (also called an Application ID) is a unique identifier for your Keap CRM account. It is used for:

• Customer support: Keap support may ask for your App ID to verify your account.
• Meeting with Keap: You will need it when scheduling a meeting with your Keap representative in Calendly.
• Third-party integrations: Tools like Graphly or InfusedWoo use it to connect to your Keap data.

The process of finding your App ID depends on your edition of Keap.

Keap Pro, Max, and Ultimate

1. Sign into your Keap account at http://signin.infusionsoft.com/.
2. Click your avatar / icon in the lower-left corner of the screen.
3. The Application ID is the text next to “Current app:”.

If you don’t see a profile icon in the lower-left corner, you are probably using the Classic edition.

Keap Max Classic Edition

1. Sign into your Keap account at http://signin.infusionsoft.com/.
2. Look at the URL in the browser address bar after signing in.
3. The Application ID is the prefix in the URL before infusionsoft.com. For example, if the URL is https://xxxxx.infusionsoft.com, then xxxxx is the App ID.
