Instructions

Copy the YouTube video URL from your browser’s address bar.
Open the page or post that will contain the embedded video.
Add a YouTube Embed block
To add a block, you can press / and start typing YouTube Embed, or you can click the + icon to add a new block.
Paste the URL into the block and click Embed.
WordPress will automatically embed the video.
